Terms of Service
By contacting Rainywren for work, the client agrees to all terms contained here and is aware of any consequences if violated. When a client contacts me for work, they agree that my TOS supersedes any TOS the client might have.General:
Payment must be received in full before the commission is started.
All commissioned work is for non-commercial use by the client.
All commissioned work is not for use with AI.
All commissioned work is not for use with NFT/Crypto.
I have the right to refuse an order for any reason.
Client must be 18+ as per paypal's TOS.Estimated Delivery:
Clients can expect their order between 1-4 weeks or less, depending on workload/commission type/additions (such as detailed backgrounds). Clients will be notified of severe delays.Refunds:
If a commission is cancelled, 100% of payment will be refunded unless the commission is started in which I will only provide 50%.
(In the latter case, proof of the started commission will be shown to the customer in order to justify a 50% refund.)Artist Rights:
I retain all rights to the artwork produced, even if the characters in the image belong to another party. This includes rights for prints and advertising. The artwork won’t be used for commercial work without permission given by the character’s owners, but it will most probably be used as an advertisement of the artist’s services.You may not edit, sell prints of, or claim credit of the artwork for advertising without explicit permission. If you are the commissioner you may redistribute the artwork produced provided credit is given to me and it is sourced back to me.Personal edits to the commission are fine, but if reposted please credit the artist as "Rainywren with edits by (Name)" or something similar.
